With experience in both internal retail and external CPG leadership, Chase has guided businesses at every stage of growth. He has shaped portfolios that grew to significant scale, introduced first to market brands, and advised founders on how to position their companies for long term success. This dual perspective gives him a rare ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and align strategies with execution in ways that resonate with both buyers and consumers.
Chase began his career inside the world’s largest retailer, where he gained firsthand insight into how merchants evaluate suppliers, build assortments, and manage categories. He later held sales leadership roles with a Fortune 100 global CPG company, where he introduced innovation, expanded into new categories, and delivered share growth in highly competitive segments. Most recently, he served with one of the nation’s largest privately held food manufacturers, where he led significant retail expansion through brand launches, innovation and business development across multiple retail channels. Having worked from both sides of the table, he understands the dynamics that drive decisions in the retail ecosystem and knows how to bridge supplier goals with retailer expectations.
