As the exclusive agent for Hunt Ventures’ commercial real estate portfolio, Tom oversees a dynamic range of assets and leads strategic initiatives to optimize performance and long-term value. In 2016, he spearheaded the merger of Hunt Ventures’ asset management group with Capital Properties and the original Sage Partners—an ambitious integration that resulted in the formation of the new Sage Partners. His vision and leadership were instrumental in shaping the firm’s trajectory and establishing its reputation as a market leader.

Prior to his role at Hunt Ventures, Tom held key positions within Walmart’s real estate division. There, he directed teams responsible for site selection and permitting for new stores and Sam’s Clubs across the country. He also played a significant role in leasing, subleasing, divesting, and negotiating early terminations for millions of square feet of dark store space - complex and high-stakes area of retail real estate.
