Mario Ramirez is the President of MRamirez Group, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in meeting the diverse needs of family offices, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
His firm focuses on business development by leveraging an influential network across various industries and organizations. Additionally, Mr. Ramirez matches investment opportunities with capital through his work with Avalon, a boutique investment bank. He also partners with Lipscomb Insurance Group and Ryan, LLC to offer sophisticated insurance and tax planning services.
With extensive experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Ramirez served as the Chief Client Officer for Goldenrod Companies, a $5 billion real estate developer and private equity fund where continues to serve as a consultant and advisor. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Southland Holdings, a global infrastructure company.
Before his consulting career, Mr. Ramirez held a prominent role as a part of the Senior Leadership Team at TIAA, a Fortune 100 financial services firm, where he was Managing Director of Executive Relations and Hispanic Markets. There, he facilitated strategic connections between the CEO and leaders in government, academia, and industry. Mr. Ramirez also led TIAA’s Hispanic Market initiatives and created Executive Planning for TIAA’s top clients including university executives, trustees, coaches and Nobel Laureates.
Mr. Ramirez is highly involved in his alma mater, the University of Arkansas, where he serves on several boards and committees, including the Sam M. Walton College of Business Dean’s Executive Advisory Board and the Garrison Financial Institute Board. He has also served on the the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame Selection Committee, the Steering Committee for Campaign Arkansas and was honored to serve as the commencement speaker for the Walton College of Business.
Mr. Ramirez additionally serves on the Advisory Council for Heartland Forward, on the Board of Trustees for Liberty Christian School, Chair of the Board for Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and as Vice Chairman of the Hispanic Leadership Alliance. He previously served on the advisory team for the Jeb Bush presidential campaign and on the Advisory Board of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Ramirez resides in Highland Village, Texas, with his wife and three children.
